KV-Multimedia conference system
The multimedia function conference system includes the design of conference, audio, video, camera, audio and video recording, and remote conference systems for the conference room, realizing the multimedia conference function of the conference room, meeting the requirements of simple and smooth conference process, realistic and vivid auditory effect, clear and comfortable video display, intelligent camera tracking, complete meeting records, convenient and fast remote conference, etc.
The entire system is roughly divided into high-definition display subsystem, audio amplification subsystem, speech system, signal switching subsystem, and central control subsystem. It consists of large screen display, plasma display, audio, video surveillance recording, multimedia audio and video signal source matrix switching, and central integrated control.

Research and Development Background

Functional division
Based on user needs, we have designed the multimedia conference function of the conference room based on years of design experience, meeting the requirements of simple and smooth conference processes, realistic and vivid auditory effects, clear and comfortable video display, intelligent camera tracking, media audio and video signal source matrix switching, and central integrated control

Sound amplification system
The conference room covers an area of approximately xx square meters, measuring x meters in length and x meters in width. According to the conference room area, the sound system is designed as follows:
1. Design two 300W main speakers and four 200W auxiliary speakers for venue sound reinforcement, with a sound pressure level that meets the national first-class standard, to meet the needs of on-site conference sound reinforcement
2. The power of the amplifier is strictly configured according to 1.3~1.5 times the power of the speaker, with 2 main speakers (driven by 1 2 * 400W amplifier) and 4 auxiliary speakers (driven by 2 2 2 * 300W amplifiers)
3. 1 mixing console, 1 audio processor, 1 feedback suppressor, and 1 equalizer each
4. Set up one set of wireless microphones for conference hosting and mobile speaking

Discuss the speech system
The conference room is designed with a digital conference speaking system, and the speaking units are connected by hand. According to the layout and requirements of the conference room, the design is as follows:
1. 1 digital conference host (digital Ethernet transmission conference host)
2. Chairman's speech unit 1 (independent feedback suppression function; built-in independent adjustable DSP chip; can conduct discussions and voting, can sign in through the panel)
3. 5 representative speaking units (independent feedback suppression function; built-in independent adjustable DSP chip; can conduct discussions and voting, can sign in through the panel)
4. The conference extension cable can be connected to a network cable

Central Control System
Through the central control system, centralized control of the entire conference system can be achieved. Clicking on the touch screen allows for quick switching of various video signals, camera system control, large screen projection system display, and a series of functions such as curtain retraction. The system configuration is as follows:
1. One central control host is responsible for the signaling control of the entire venue
2. 1 set of control software, installed on the touch screen
3. One power controller to control the power on and off of the equipment
4. 1 touch screen, mobile control terminal
5. One wireless router, an interactive bridge between the host and the touch screen

Signal switching system
By using a signal switching system, the entire conference system can switch and display video signals. When there are multiple video sources or display devices in the venue, a matrix is required. The system configuration is as follows:
1. One mixed matrix chassis with various video interface input/output cards inserted
2. 1 4-channel HDMI input card
3. 1 4-channel HDMI output card
4. 1 4-channel VGA input card
5. 1 4-channel VGA output card
6. 3 pairs of HDMI signal extenders

Display System
In meetings, transmitting and exchanging information are very important functions, and projection systems are often used for presentations, even for playing images and animations. The most basic display device is a projection slide; Then there are televisions, monitors, projection televisions, etc., which can play pre recorded program tapes and images directly from cameras, and have become indispensable components of efficient systems
